Our Fleet — Mobile LED Billboard Units

ACTIVE UNITS

Meet the fleet.

Each truck in the fleet is purpose-built for mobile billboard operations. The LED screens are rated for daylight visibility, the vehicles are maintained for extended daily operation, and every unit is equipped with GPS tracking for route documentation. FLEET CAPABILITIES

Built for outdoor campaigns that demand reliability.

Mobile billboard trucks operate in challenging conditions: extended driving hours, direct sunlight, variable weather, and continuous use across city streets and highways. Every unit in the fleet is engineered and maintained to perform consistently throughout a campaign, from the first route to the last.

Screen Technology

Each unit runs a high-brightness LED display rated for daylight visibility. The screens produce enough output to remain legible in direct sun, which is a baseline requirement for any outdoor campaign that operates during daytime hours. Brightness, contrast, and refresh rate are calibrated before deployment so the creative reads clearly at street-level distance.

Pixel Pitch and Resolution

Pixel pitch determines how sharp text and imagery appear at different viewing distances. Our units use pixel pitches optimized for mobile billboard use cases where viewers are typically 30 to 200 feet away. A tighter pixel pitch produces finer detail but requires more power. The pitch on each unit is selected to balance resolution, power draw, and the specific viewing distances the truck will encounter on a route.

GPS Tracking and Reporting

Every truck in the fleet is equipped with GPS tracking. Campaign routes are documented with time-stamped location data, which supports post-campaign reporting, route compliance verification, and audience measurement. Clients receive route logs showing where the truck traveled, when it was in motion, and which corridors were covered during the campaign window.

Vehicle Durability

Mobile billboard trucks operate in demanding conditions: extended driving hours, variable weather, frequent stops, and long routes across city streets and highways. Our fleet is maintained on a preventive schedule to minimize downtime. Screen housings, power systems, and mounting hardware are inspected regularly so campaigns do not face unexpected mechanical interruptions.

HOW DEPLOYMENT WORKS

From brief to street in five steps.

Every campaign follows a structured process. We handle route planning, creative preparation, vehicle deployment, GPS tracking, and post-campaign reporting so you can focus on your business while the campaign runs.

01

Campaign Brief

Share your target market, audience, dates, and objectives. We use this information to determine which truck and screen format fit your campaign goals, budget, and routing requirements.

02

Route Design

Our team designs a route based on local traffic data, audience density, event calendars, and road accessibility. The route is planned to maximize exposure during the hours your target audience is present in the areas that matter most.

03

Creative Preparation

Submit your artwork or work with our production team to prepare display-ready files. Creative is reviewed for legibility, contrast, and compliance with any local display regulations before the truck is loaded.

04

Deployment and Tracking

The truck is deployed on schedule with GPS tracking active. Route documentation is captured throughout the campaign, giving you visibility into where the truck operated and when it was in your target corridors.

05

Reporting and Review

After the campaign, you receive route logs, timing data, and a summary of coverage. We review the results with you to identify what worked, discuss adjustments, and plan the next phase if the campaign continues.

WHY BRANDS CHOOSE OUR FLEET

Operational advantages that affect campaign performance.

  1. 01
    Nationwide Deployment

Trucks are deployed across the continental United States. Campaigns can run in a single market or span multiple cities depending on audience and objectives.

  2. 02
    Flexible Scheduling

Campaigns are scheduled around your dates, not a fixed calendar. Daypart routing, weekend-only deployments, and multi-week programs are all standard options.

  3. 03
    Named and Tracked Units

Every unit has a name, a serial number, and a GPS record. You know which truck ran your campaign and where it went.

  4. 04
    Multiple Screen Formats

The fleet includes different screen sizes and configurations to match campaign requirements, from high-impact LED displays to specialty glass-box builds for experiential activations.

  5. 05
    Rapid Mobilization

Standard deployments can be mobilized within hours for urgent campaigns. Last-minute product launches, event announcements, and time-sensitive promotions are supported by our operational capacity.

  6. 06
    Creative Flexibility

Digital screens support creative rotation, daypart scheduling, countdown timers, QR codes, and real-time message updates. Static options are available for long-duration corridor presence.
